AT&T (Internal Process Guide Site)
This Process Guide was developed to train and assist the sales force in using the STO-IFR (Sales To Order-International Frame Relay) web-based application. It consisted of a Guided Tour, Online Tutorial and several job aids. Graphical icons, flow charts and pop-up windows were used to enhance the user's effectiveness. The Process Guide was displayed in a separate occurrence of the browser so that the user had access to it while using the STO-IFR application.
