Avaya (Internal Process Site)
This intranet site was developed to approve and track the progress of
IT projects. It provided detailed information about the process through
the use of text, flow charts, and pop-up definitions. Users entered project
requests in a form where the process began. Along the way, formal review
meetings were held and user's obtained meeting information via a 2-month
view calendar and agenda pages. Back-end publishing tools were developed
for the clients to update the content stored in a SQL 7 database.
